Shipping policy

Shipping

Night Shift Gifts Co. ships to addresses in the United States. Shipping options and rates are set by delivery address and are shown at checkout before you pay. The shipping charge you see at checkout is the shipping charge you pay.

When your order ships

  • Orders placed before 3:00pm PT on a business day ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm PT, on a weekend, or on a holiday ship the next business day.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery estimates for each shipping option are shown at checkout.

Baskets with alcohol

Every basket is available booze-free. If you choose a version that includes wine, beer, sparkling wine or whiskey:

  • The buyer and the recipient must be 21 or older.
  • An adult 21 or older must sign for the package and show valid government-issued photo ID at delivery. The carrier will not leave it at the door.
  • We ship alcohol only to states where we are permitted to. Eligibility for your address is confirmed at checkout. If an order with alcohol is placed for an address we can't ship to, we will cancel it and refund it in full.
  • We can't ship alcohol to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Title to the products passes to the buyer in California when the order is handed to the carrier.
