Can I add a gift message?
Yes. There's a gift message field at checkout and we write it on a card that goes in the box.
Can I send a basket without the alcohol?
Every basket is available booze-free. Look for the booze-free option on the product page, or browse the Booze-Free collection.
Where do you ship?
Shipping eligibility is confirmed at checkout. Baskets that include alcohol are limited to eligible states and require an adult 21 or older to receive them.
My order arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived.
We refund lost or stolen packages and any item that arrives damaged, missing, or wrong. Email us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date if it never arrives) with your order number and photos where applicable. We don't accept returns or exchanges; all other sales are final.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3:00pm PT ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm PT, on a weekend, or on a holiday ship the next business day.
